What is a porch box?
A porch box is an insulated metal box with a lid.
Do I need a porch box?
We recommend porch boxes to protect your delivery and insulate it against heat and cold. The standard size and function of the porch box is also convenient for your driver. A refundable $50 deposit will be applied.
Do I have to pay a deposit for the glass bottles?
We do not charge a bottle deposit to our home delivery customers. However, we request that you leave your bottles in your porch box or cooler for the driver to take in a timely manner.
How do I return my bottles?
Thank you for helping us to reuse the glass bottles! Just rinse the bottles and put them out in the porch box to be picked up by your delivery driver. Please remove the caps. (If you are not a home delivery customer, please return your used bottles—rinsed and caps removed—to the store where you purchased our milk. We'll pick the bottles up and put them back into circulation.)
Do you deliver in my neighborhood?
We deliver to the following towns in the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts (USA): Amherst, So. Deerfield, Easthampton, Hadley, Hatfield, Northampton, South Hadley, Sunderland and Whately.
How often do you deliver?
Deliveries are made on a weekly basis.
Is there a delivery charge?
We have a $2.00 charge per delivery.
What if I'm not at home when the delivery comes?
If you will not be home, your driver will place your items in a porch box or a cooler. Be sure to arrange for the milk to be put in a refrigerator as soon as possible.
How do I place an order?
You may place orders in one of three ways: 1) using the online form (Link) 2) calling on the phone, or 3) leaving a note for your driver.
Is there a minimum number of items in an order?
We have a $15.00 minimum delivery value per order. This will be averaged over the number of deliveries you receive each month. For example, if you have 4 deliveries per month, your purchased items including the delivery charge will need to equal or exceed $60.00. If your orders do not equal or exceed the $15.00 per delivery average, there will be a service charge to achieve the per delivery average.
What is a standing order?
Customers are asked to maintain a standing order—items they wish to receive on a weekly basis—which they can change as needed.
How often do I have to place my standing order?
Once you place your standing order you will receive the same items at the same time every week. You don't have to reorder every week, unless of course you need to revise, supplement or suspend your standing order. Just let us know 24 hours prior to your normal delivery time.
What if I need to suspend my order?
If you do not need delivery for a period of time, for example if you go away on vacation, please call to suspend your order 24 hours prior to your normal delivery time. You can also use the online form to suspend your order as follows: 1) Don't select any product items. 2) Provide the required information—name, address and email. 3) Check "my entire order for this week." 4) Leave a detailed note indicating how many weeks your order will be suspended. 5) Click "Send Us Your Order."
How will I be billed?
We bill on a monthly basis. Bills will be received with your delivery on the first of the month. Just file the billing statement for your records and we will charge your credit card.
Can I view my bill online?
We do not presently offer this service.
What if my bill is overdue? new policy
We only deliver to customers with current accounts. If you have a past due balance you will not receive delivery until your account is current.
How do I pay my bill? new policy
Effective February 1, 2010, bills must be paid by credit/debit card. We no longer accept paper checks. To pay by credit card, download and fill out a one-time application. We will put this information on file and each month on the first business day of the month we will charge your previous month’s bill to your credit card. The charge will appear on your credit card as being from “Mapleline Farm Home Delivery.”

We honor Visa, Master Card and Discover.
Where do you get your pizza?
We've partnered with Hillside Organic Pizza of South Deerfield to bring you the best frozen pizza around. Enjoy that fresh, out-of-the-oven pizza taste in the comfort of your own home. Hillside's mission: "To operate our business by benefiting our local community while we follow sustainable business practices."
How do I order Harmony Springs Seltzer?
We deliver Harmony Springs seltzer and soda in cases of twelve 32 oz. glass bottles. A flavors list is available by visiting the Harmony Springs web site. Pre-orders only; allow one week for delivery. Return case of used bottles to Mapleline for full credit.
Where do you get your coffee?
All of our coffee is produced by Pierce Brothers Coffee Roasters of Greenfield, Massachusetts. We've teamed up to offer fresh roasted coffee—shade-grown, 100% organic and 100% fair-trade—with your home delivery. Select whole bean or ground.
Where's the eggnog and orange cream?
Our eggnog is a seasonal item that we are pleased to offer our customers from Thanksgiving Day to New Year's Day. Orange cream is made
