French Toast w/Peaches and Cream
Ingredients
WHIPPED CREAM GARNISH
1 1/4 Cups Mapleline Heavy Cream
2 1/4 Tsp Sugar
1/4 Tsp Vanilla
PEACH GARNISH
4 Med Size Peaches (Diced 3/4")
2 1/4 Tsp Sugar
BASE
6 Eggs
1 ½ Cups Mapleline Whole Milk
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 ½ Tbsp Sugar
1 loaf of Brioche, sliced into 3/4" thick slices
Directions (Garnish)
Whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a mixer until it's whipped cream, being careful not to overmix.
Toss the diced peaches with sugar and allow to sit for at least 1-2 hours.
Directions (Base)
Mix together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar.
Coat the brioche slices in the egg mixture and cook on a preheated 350˚F griddle for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Cut each slice in half diagonally.
Place 1/2 slice of french toast on plate and top with peaches and whipped cream.
