French Toast w/Peaches and Cream

Ingredients

WHIPPED CREAM GARNISH

  • 1 1/4 Cups Mapleline Heavy Cream

  • 2 1/4 Tsp Sugar

  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla

PEACH GARNISH

  • 4 Med Size Peaches (Diced 3/4")

    2 1/4 Tsp Sugar

BASE

  • 6 Eggs

  • 1 ½ Cups Mapleline Whole Milk

  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon

  • 1 ½ Tbsp Sugar

  • 1 loaf of Brioche, sliced into 3/4" thick slices

Directions (Garnish)

  1. Whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla in a mixer until it's whipped cream, being careful not to overmix.

  2. Toss the diced peaches with sugar and allow to sit for at least 1-2 hours.

Directions (Base)

  1. Mix together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar.

  2. Coat the brioche slices in the egg mixture and cook on a preheated 350˚F griddle for 1-2 minutes on each side.

  3. Cut each slice in half diagonally.

  4. Place 1/2 slice of french toast on plate and top with peaches and whipped cream.
